My name is Saioa, and I’m a digital product designer by day and an illustrator at heart.

While I love working in digital design, something special happens when I open my sketchbook and get lost in drawing during quiet moments. Illustration is where I slow down, reconnect, and allow imagination to take the lead.

Although I enjoy experimenting with traditional techniques, digital illustration has become my creative sanctuary — a space I can carry with me wherever I go, ready to capture ideas the moment they appear.

Motherhood has transformed the way I experience stories and imagination. Exploring colorful, whimsical worlds with my curious four-year-old isn’t just our favorite ritual — it’s one of my greatest sources of inspiration. Through these shared moments, I rediscover the wonder, softness, and magic that now shape my work.

I’m drawn to gentle color palettes, simple compositions, and characters that feel tender and expressive. I create illustrations designed to bring warmth, calm, and imagination into children’s spaces — pieces that feel timeless and full of quiet joy.
