Refund policy
At Iruki, I work with a print-on-demand production partners, to fulfill all orders. Because each item is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders
I will offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- There is a printing or manufacturing defect
- The wrong item is received
- The order is lost in transit
If any of these issues occur, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
I do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Color differences caused by screen settings
- Change of mind
- Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Shipping Issues
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the order.
Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, I will process the refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
