Order Processing Time
All products are made to order and fulfilled through my production partner, Printful.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before they are shipped. This processing time may be longer during peak seasons or high order volume periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly indicated on the website.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking where available. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While I do my best to ensure timely delivery, I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond my control.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
